"High Performance Plastics" has two major focuses: plastic sheet for the Semi- conductor Industry and Wet Process Tools/Clean Room Components. We have developed a line of sheet products that meet the rigid fire propagation and smoke release requirements of the FM Global Class 4910 "Clean Room Materials Flammability Protocol". These products are Specification Tested for FM Class 4910 and include various fluorinated plastics such as Halar ECTFE, Solef PVDF, and Kynar PVDF. We also offer FM Class 4910 rated FRPP, called Lam FRPP 4910, and various types of Class 4910 Clear CPVC for all of the transparent Clean Room window applications. These clear Lam 2000 products come in Blue Tint, Low Tint, U-V Filtering Yellow, U-V Filtering Orange, and Brown. These Lam2000 products are also available in Anti-Static form. In 2006, Laminations also looks forward to introducing a low cost Clean Room PVC 4910 which is presently in the FM Listing Process. In order to offer more advanced materials to the semicon industry, Laminations intends on introducing fully fluorinated plastic sheet in the near future.
